My name is Michael Haines, and I am the proud owner of Creekside Home Inspection Services. As a homeowner and lifelong resident of Washington State, I know what it means to own and care for property in the Pacific Northwest. As a dedicated husband to a beautiful wife and father to two young sons, safety is always my top priority. As a business owner, and Washington State Certified Professional Inspector born and raised in this great state, I am here to help; my team and I would be honored to assist you on your property buying journey!
As your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to equip you with the information you need about the condition of the property. I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.
Michael is a licensed home inspector in the state of Washington and a graduate of Inspection Certification Associates. He is an active member of, and Certified Professional Inspector through, The International Association for Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Michael is certified in Infrared Inspection through InterNACHI and is a certified Mold Assessment Technician and Radon Measurement Technician through the Environmental Consultants and Affiliates Network.
